Hello!
My journey as a massage therapist started when I was very young. I’ve been giving shoulder rubs since I was a kid, and had family members that worked in healthcare. I grew up in an environment that fostered a fascination for health and wellness.
My love of movement cultivated some really cool hobbies. For many years I performed and taught fire dancing within the SLO community. That time of my life gave me a unique perspective on the human body. I experienced the ranges and limitations of a body in motion—how it responds to overuse, and how to facilitate healing and help prevent injury.
After a few years of practicing massage, I decided to take my career to the next level by pursuing a higher education. My passion for learning landed me a spot in Cal Poly’s Kinesiology program. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and has added so much value to the service I provide my clients.
In my free time I enjoy going on hikes, cooking, dancing, singing, reading a good book, or spending time with my loved ones. Movement and health are the foundation of my wellbeing and I’m so honored to be able to support that facet of life through my work.
