Therapeutic Massage

A Therapeutic Massage integrates all modalities I specialize in and adapts to the needs of each individual. This service can be gentle and focus on soothing an overwhelmed nervous system, or it can target deeper tissues to provide relief to tense and overworked muscles. Flowing strokes with light to firm pressure are used in combination with aromatherapy to coax the nervous system into releasing tension and facilitating an increased range of motion.

PreNatal massage

Prenatal massage is adapted to the anatomical changes the body experiences as baby grows. Pillows and bolsters are used to prop up limbs in a comfortable side-lying position that mimics being tucked into a cozy bed. Gentle strokes ease the aches a mama-to-be experiences during her pregnancy. Those who have a pregnancy that is considered high-risk by their prenatal care provider should contact me prior to making an appointment.

  • Gift Certificates

    In a world of excess, experiences are a great alternative to buying more stuff. Gifting a massage is an excellent way to pamper someone and show you care about their well being. Perfect for holidays, birthdays, and special occasions.

  • 3 session Packages

    Packages are great for those who want to come in regularly. Purchase three sessions up front and save $25 - roughly $8 per massage!

    We highly recommend using your package in 6 months or less to receive the maximum benefit of this offer.

  • Massage Membership

    Make a commitment to self-care. Members are charged once a month and are entitled to one massage at a $12.50 discount. Benefits are non-refundable and DO NOT roll-over.

    Only a limited number of memberships are available on a first come- first serve basis. Memberships can be canceled after a minimum of 4 months and your credits can be used by friends and family members!
